Description

Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Coordination: Maintain structured documentation systems and handle all aspects of document and correspondence management, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across files and records.
- Calendar, Schedule & Meeting Management: Oversee complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones. Ensure proactive follow-ups and seamless calendar, schedule, and travel coordination for internal and external stakeholders.
- Travel & Logistics: Organize detailed travel arrangements including transportation, accommodations, and itineraries, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with travel policies.
- Meeting & Event Coordination: Plan and manage meeting logistics, from agenda preparation to post-meeting action tracking. Support internal and external events, ensuring smooth execution and follow-through.
- Project Support: Assist in internal initiatives by tracking milestones, organizing documentation, and contributing to task coordination through efficient data collection and entry.
- Expense & Procurement Handling: Process and monitor expense reports and purchase requests with precision, contributing to accurate data and expense management and supporting financial tracking.
- Office Applications Proficiency & Supplies Management: Utilize strong office applications proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), to produce high-quality documents, reports, and presentations. Oversee supply inventory and procurement to maintain operational efficiency.
- Communication Liaison: Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communication, ensuring clarity, responsiveness, and appropriate escalation when needed.


Profil candidat

- Education: High School Diploma with Vocational Training or an Advanced Technical Certificate.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in a similar administrative assistant role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for creating professional documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Languages: Fluent in written and spoken English.
